This boiler is: the only waste incineration boiler of all the boilers in the world today is: BsJj "beam focusing" which simulates the solar combustion and heat transfer plate standard wave radiation charged body photovoltaic source combustion, wave carrier heat transfer energy-saving and environmentally friendly integrated boiler; There is an electromagnetic wave dust collector on the side, and is equipped with an intelligent dust collector and a dust conveyor to send the dust intelligently controlled to the rear ballast remover and output to the ash storage bin together with the ash.
Since the standard wave radiation heat transfer is similar to the non-scattered infrared denitration, it can achieve high efficiency denitration in the furnace, which is better than other special design. The high efficiency of denitrification equipment by 20% constitutes zero denitrification operating costs.
And the reciprocating grate of this boiler is a stepping reciprocating grate, which is the world's leading technology. Since the stepping reciprocating grate realizes the reciprocation of the grate, but also advances in a synchronous cycle, the traditional fixed reciprocating grate is innovated as a stepping The reciprocating grate can cyclically run to form the grate piece. If the grate piece is damaged, there is no need to stop the furnace. You do not need to wait for the furnace to cool before replacing the grate piece. You only need to step and cycle to a convenient maintenance position to be replaced smoothly. And because the grate is heated by circulation, Good reliability, long life, and the material of the grate piece is not demanding. It is economical and heat-resistant cast iron. Because the grate has no reciprocating support friction mechanism, there is no need to replace the expensive friction plate maintenance content.
The inside of the BsJj beam-focused garbage incineration boiler is burned by a charged photovoltaic source, and the temperature can reach 1200ºC-1400ºC, so it not only burns the garbage. And it constitutes dioxin in flue gas emission ngTEQ/m³≤0.1.
Working Process:
10t/d BsJj waste incinerator process introduction: (see the attachment for the flow chart)
- The garbage truck unloads the garbage into the fermentation tank, each tank can hold 10t of garbage per tank, and the fermentation period is ≥ 3 days. The garbage will be hoisted by an electric hoist and equipped with an electric rotating hopper to load and unload the garbage inside the incinerator hopper.
- Add biomass pellets or coal fuel into the front hopper of the incinerator.
- Start the biomass feed and adjust the thickness of the material layer to a reasonable thickness (see the table below). Rubbish into the furnace thickness: 90mm-110mm, according to the actual working conditions to determine the thickness of the adjustment layer. The garbage is fed into the furnace, and the feed is between the first and second furnace doors.
- Check the connected burner oil pipeline, valve and other safety and start to start burner, the garbage and biomass fuel in the furnace.

6. Garbage is burned into the furnace due to beam focusing (BsJj) combustion constitutes the furnace 1100ºC to 1300ºC. When burned at

The infrared electromagnetic wave in the furnace is reliable for non-scattering conditions . Control the emission of nitrogen oxides (NOX) ≤ 0-170mg/m³ ( 20% higher than dedicated NOx equipment ).
7. The flue gas enters the beam and focuses the heat exchanger. This structure has the effect of controlling dust particles. The exchanged hot water is used for constant temperature fermentation in the fermentation tank and a heat source for life.
8. After the flue gas enters the dust particle separator and is controlled by the dust emission, the induced draft fan sends the flue gas into the degasser Sulfurizer, the desulfurization uses the density difference of harmful flue gas to be greater than that of harmless flue gas to oxidize dioxide sulfur (SO2) flue gas is distributed to the outer circle of the desulfurizer by centripetal rotation, and concentrated on the outer wall to spray liquid (PH value ≥11). After the desulfurization is achieved after separation, the desulfurization and desulfurization without separation are reduced. The volume is 1/2600, which saves a lot of power consumption and the operating cost of desulfurization liquid. The lower part of the device has a molecular weight desulfurizer to control the escaped sulfur dioxide (SO2), sulfur emission control ≤30mg/m³. Operating costs are reduced by more than 20 times.
9. Exhaust gas controller: Control the harmful flue gas escaped in the flue gas and control the dehydration, and also continue to control the emission of dust particles in the flue gas.
