Product Description:
The biomass locker is the key equipment of the boiler feeding system. It is installed between the outlet of the feeding system and the feeding port of the boiler. It can achieve uniform distribution, avoid fuel flashback, control the amount of fuel, and prevent incomplete combustion of fuel. And ensure high production efficiency, safety and reliability of the boiler.
Structural Principle:
The locker is mainly composed of a silo, an impeller, a blade, a rotating shaft and a discharge port. When the transmission mechanism drives the impeller to rotate, the bulk material falling from the upper hopper enters the impeller compartment from the material port, and is sent to the discharge port for discharge with the rotation of the impeller. The whole working process can continuously and quantitatively supply and discharge materials. Because the cooperation between the impeller and the casing is relatively tight.
