1.The feeding system of the silo in front of the furnace has a high degree of automation, easy use and good reliability. Water-cooled Vibrating Grate
The essence of vibrating grate is an elastic vibration system. After setting the appropriate excitation force direction, amplitude, size of elastic plate and inclination angle of the grate, the grate can produce a periodic damped forced vibration under the action of the periodic excitation force. The fuel on the grate obtains a front-to-back driving force, which makes the fuel make periodic jumping motions on the grate, gradually moving from the front end to the back end of the grate, thereby completing the preheating, drying, burning, and burning of the fuel.

The principle of the water-cooled vibrating grate is the same as that of the conventional vibrating grate, which is mainly to replace the monolithic grate piece with a membrane-type water-cooled wall. The grate is composed of pipes and flat steel welded between the pipes. The pipe is cooled by water, and the cooling water is directly incorporated into the water circulation system of the boiler, so as to ensure the full cooling of the grate.

Main Structure:
The water-cooled vibrating grate is composed of a driving device, an eccentric shaft, a connecting rod, a water-cooled grate, a frame, an elastic element, an air chamber, and a sealing device.

Features:
The biggest feature of water-cooled vibrating grate is that it can avoid overheating of the grate slices. Because biomass fuel has less ash and high combustion temperature, the grate piece is particularly prone to overheating. Therefore, the water-cooled vibrating grate is particularly suitable for biomass fuels.

Compared with the fluidized bed, the fuel has wide adaptability, and can use various soft and hard biomass fuels or co-firing. Compared with the chain furnace, because the vibration plays the role of setting off the fire, the loosening of the fuel layer and the ventilation are strengthened, so the combustion efficiency is high.
